Other specified paraphilic disorder
Other Specified Paraphilic Disorder is the term used by the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to refer to any of the many other paraphilic disorders that are not explicitly named in the manual. Previous editions of the DSM used the label Paraphilia NOS or Paraphilia (Not Otherwise Specified).
