Rey, Iran
Rey or Ray [Pronunciation: ra] (, Shahr-e-Ray, "City of Ray"), also known as Rhages (; , Rhagai; or Rhaganae) and formerly as Arsacia, is the capital of Rey County, Tehran Province, Iran, and is the oldest existing city in the province.
