Shift (business)

Shift is an online, peer-to-peer, marketplace for buying and selling used cars. Shift was founded in 2014, launching in San Francisco’s Castro District. In June 2015, Shift launched its second market in Los Angeles. In November 2015, Shift launched its third market in Sacramento, CA. As of December 2015, San Diego, CA is Shift's fourth market whereby users can sell their cars.
