Wazir Khan (Sirhind)
Wazir Khan (died 1710, real name Mirza Askari) was Governor of Sirhind, administering a territory of the Mughal Empire between the Sutlej and Yamuna rivers. He had a Persian background and was amongst the most loyal vassals of Aurangzeb. He had a mansab for two lakh horsemen.
