haplogroup N (mtDNA)

In human mitochondrial genetics, haplogroup N is a human mitochondrial DNA haplogroup. An enormous haplogroup spanning many continents, the macro-haplogroup N, like its sibling haplogroup M, is a descendant of haplogroup L3.
