Resuscitation
Resuscitation is the process of correcting physiological disorders in an acutely unwell patient. It is an important part of intensive care medicinetrauma surgery and emergency medicine. Well known examples are cardiopulmonary resuscitation and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
