Vè (also called hát vè , literally "vè singing") is a Vietnamese poetic and song form, most typical of northern Vietnam. It is used primarily in satirical poems, and is also performed with the accompaniment of percussion instruments. It is often used to make humorous observations about a certain topic, as a form of social criticism.

In Germanic paganism, a vé (Old Norse) or weoh (Old English) is a type of shrine or sacred enclosure. The term appears in skaldic poetry and in place names in Scandinavia (with the exception of Iceland), often in connection with a Norse pagan deity or a geographic feature. The name of the Norse god Vé refers to the practice. Andy Orchard says that a vé may have surrounded a temple or have been simply a marked, open place where worship occurred. Orchard points out that Tacitus, in his 1st century CE work Germania, says that the Germanic peoples, unlike the Romans, "did not seek to contain their deities within temple walls."

Vé, auch We (altnordisch Vé „Heiligtum“), ist in der nordischen Mythologie der Bruder von Odin, des obersten Gotts, und von Vili, mit dem er stets zusammen genannt wird. Er ist einer der Mitschöpfer der Welt und übernimmt zusammen mit Vili Herrschaft und Frau Odins, als dieser längere Zeit abwesend ist und nicht mehr zurückerwartet wird.

.ve ist die länderspezifische Top-Level-Domain (ccTLD) für Venezuela. Sie wurde am 7. März 1991 an das Centro Nacional de Tecnologias de Informacion mit Sitz in Caracas delegiert und wird heute durch die Comision Nacional de Telecommunicaciones (CONATEL) verwaltet.

L'ancienneté de la triade des trois Ases (Odin, Vili et Vé) est attestée par l'allitération des trois noms Wodan (autre nom d'Odin) / Vili / Vé. Ces divinités succédèrent à Tuisto et Jord et sont l'une des premières évolutions dans l'élaboration du panthéon nordique.
