Glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff
Glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff, kurz GFK (engl. GFRP = glass-fibre reinforced plastic), ist ein Faser-Kunststoff-Verbund aus einem Kunststoff und Glasfasern. Als Basis kommen sowohl duroplastische Kunststoffe (z. B. Polyesterharz [UP] oder Epoxidharz) als auch thermoplastische Kunststoffe (z. B. Polyamid) in Frage.
