Pretibial myxedema (myxoedema (UK), also known as
Graves Dermopathy, thyroid dermopathy,
Jadassohn-Dösseker disease or
Myxoedema tuberosum) is an
infiltrative dermopathy, resulting as a rare complication of
Graves' disease, with an incidence rate of about 1-5% in patients.
