ISDB

The Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting (ISDB) (Japanese: , Togo dejitaru hoso sabisu) is a Japanese standard for digital television (DTV) and digital radio used by the country's radio and television networks. ISDB replaced the previously used MUSE Hi-vision analogue HDTV system. Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting (DTTB) services using ISDB-T started in Japan in December 2003 and in Brazil in December 2007 as a trial. Since many countries have adopted ISDB over other digital broadcasting standards.

The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) (Arabic: البنك الإسلامي للتنمية ) is a multilateral development financing institution located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It was founded in 1973 by the Finance Ministers at the first Organisation of the Islamic Conference (now called the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation) with the support of the king of Saudi Arabia at the time (Faisal), and began its activities on 20 October 1975. There are 56 shareholding member states. Mohammed bin Faisal is the former president of the IDB.

Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting [] (ISDB) ist ein auf MPEG-2 basierender Standard für digitale Medienübertragung. Er wurde 1999 in Tokio eingeführt und sieht die Verbreitung von HDTV, SDTV, Audio und Text in drei Varianten ISDB-T, ISDB-S und ISDB-C vor.

ISDB (Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting) o Radiodifusión Digital de Servicios Integrados es un conjunto de normas creado por Japón para las transmisiones de radio digital y televisión digital.

L'ISDB est une norme japonaise de diffusion de télévision et radio numérique. Elle comporte plusieurs sous-normes, qui sont l'ISDB-T (pour la diffusion dite terrestre), l'ISDB-S (pour la diffusion par satellite) et l'ISDB-C (pour la diffusion par câble). L'ISDB-T est elle-même découpée en deux normes dites 1seg et 13seg, la première étant prévue pour la réception sur appareil mobile.
