Johnny & Associates, in Japan bekannt als Johnny's Jimusho (jap. ジャニーズ事務所 janīzu jimusho, dt. Johnny's Büro) und 1963 von Johnny Kitagawa gegründet, ist eine Organisation, die Boygroups bestehend aus japanischen Idols schult und fördert. Die Präsidentin der Organisation ist Kitagawas Schwester Mary. "Johnny's", wie die Organisation abkürzend genannt wird, ist unangefochtener Marktführer in Sachen Boygroups und macht jährlich mehr als 3 Billionen Yen (ca. 19 Mio. €) Gewinn.
