Mahn Win Khaing Than

Mahn Win Khaing Than ( and also spelt Mahn Win Khine Than or Mann Win Khaing Than; born: 23 April 1952) is a Burmese politician, lawyer and incumbent Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw, the upper house of the Myanmar parliament. In the 2015 election, he contested and won the Kayin State № 8 constituency for a seat in the country's upper house.
