Nowogród

Nowogród is a small town in northeastern Poland located about away from the city of Lomza, in Lomza County, in Podlaskie Voivodeship, with 1,998 inhabitants (2004). It is centered on the area known as Skansen Kurpiowski which is an open-air museum, with several examples of mostly 19th century architecture from the region of Kurpie. The museum is dedicated to local Kurpie culture and is a popular folk tourist attraction. It was established by Adam Chetnik in 1927, and now features over 3000 items.

Nowogród is een stad in het Poolse woiwodschap Podlachië, gelegen in de powiat Lomzynski. De oppervlakte bedraagt 20,55 km², het inwonertal 1998 (2005).

Nowogród est une ville de la voïvodie de Podlachie, dans le nord-est de la Pologne. Elle est le siège de la gmina de Nowogród, dans le powiat de Lomza. Sa population s'élevait à habitants en 2012.

Nowogród è un comune urbano-rurale polacco del distretto di Łomża, nel voivodato della Podlachia.
Ricopre una superficie di 100,98 km² e nel 2004 contava 3.974 abitanti.

Nowogród – miasto w woj. podlaskim, w powiecie łomżyńskim, nad Narwią, ok. 15 km od Łomży. Jest siedzibą gminy miejsko-wiejskiej Nowogród. Wprawdzie dzisiejszy Nowogród położony jest na wzgórzu, jednak pierwotnie miasto zlokalizowane było u zbiegu rzek Narwi i Pisy, które dziś stanowią szlaki spływów kajakowych, łącząc dorzecze Wisły z Wielkimi Jeziorami Mazurskimi.
