Park Jae-sang (born December 31, 1977),  hangul: 박재상, hanja: 朴載相, better known by his stage name Psy (, ; ), stylized PSY, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, record producer and rapper. Psy is known domestically for his humorous videos and stage performances, and internationally for his hit single "Gangnam Style". The song's refrain "Oppan Gangnam Style" (translated as "Big brother (feminine voice) is Gangnam style", with Psy referring to himself) was entered into The Yale Book of Quotations as one of the most famous quotations of 2012.

Hij is actief vanaf 2000 maar pas in 2012 kreeg hij in Nederland en België bekendheid door het nummer "Gangnam Style". Hij staat bekend om zijn gevoel voor humor en zijn unieke concerten. Hij genoot zijn opleiding in de Verenigde Staten, alwaar hij studeerde aan de Universiteit van Boston en Berklee College of Music. PSY behoort bij het platenlabel YG Entertainment.
