Ryszard Czarnecki
Richard Henry Czarnecki (, born 25 January 1963 in London; pol. Ryszard Henryk Czarnecki) is a British-born Polish politician who is a Member of the European Parliament for the Lower Silesian and Opole constituency from Law and Justice. Prior to 2008, he was a member of the Self-Defense party.
