Das Scientific Committee on Problems of the Environment (Akronym: SCOPE; dt. Wissenschaftliches Komitee für Umweltprobleme) wurde 1969 vom Internationalen Wissenschaftsrat (ICSU) gegründet. Derzeitiger Präsident ist der Norweger Jon Samseth.
