Sweden ( ; ), officially the Kingdom of Sweden (Swedish: ), is a Scandinavian country in Northern Europe. It borders Norway to the west and Finland to the east, and is connected to Denmark in the southwest by a bridge-tunnel across the Öresund. At , Sweden is the third-largest country in the European Union by area, with a total population of over 9.8 million. Sweden consequently has a low population density of , with the highest concentration in the southern half of the country. Approximately 85% of the population lives in urban areas. Southern Sweden is predominantly agricultural, while the north is heavily forested. Sweden is part of the geographical area of Fennoscandia.

Das Königreich Schweden ( oder einfach Sverige ) ist eine parlamentarische Monarchie in Nordeuropa. Das Staatsgebiet umfasst den östlichen Teil der Skandinavischen Halbinsel und die Inseln Gotland und Öland. Schweden ist Mitglied des Nordischen Rates und seit 1995 der Europäischen Union, anders als Norwegen und Dänemark jedoch nicht Mitglied der NATO und damit militärisch bündnisfrei.

Suecia (en sueco: ), oficialmente Reino de Suecia (en sueco: ), es un país escandinavo de Europa del Norte que forma parte de la Unión Europea (UE). Limita al norte con Noruega y Finlandia, al este con Finlandia y el golfo de Botnia, al sur con el mar Báltico y al oeste con el mar del Norte y Noruega. Tiene fronteras terrestres con Noruega y Finlandia, y está conectado a Dinamarca por el puente de Öresund. Su ciudad más poblada es Estocolmo, que es también su capital.

Zweden, officieel het Koninkrijk Zweden (Zweeds: Konungariket Sverige), is een land in Scandinavië in Noord-Europa. Het wordt omringd door Noorwegen in het westen en noorden, Finland in het noordoosten, de Botnische Golf in het oosten, de Oostzee in het zuidoosten en het zuiden en het Skagerrak en het Kattegat in het zuidwesten. In de Oostzee liggen de eilanden Öland en Gotland die ook tot Zweden behoren. De hoofdstad en tevens grootste stad is Stockholm.

La Suède, en suédois   – en forme longue le Royaume de Suède, en suédois ( ) – est un pays du nord de l'Europe qui fait partie de la Scandinavie. Sa capitale est Stockholm et ses habitants sont appelés Suédois. La langue parlée est le suédois. Le finnois et le sami sont aussi parlés, principalement dans le nord du pays. Les variations régionales sont fréquentes.
