Ju-On (franchise)
is a Japanese horror franchise created by Takashi Shimizu, consisting of 11 feature films. Shimizu attended the Film School of Tokyo, where he studied under Kiyoshi Kurosawa. Kurosawa helped Shimizu shepherd the Ju-On projects to fruition.
