Urheberrecht
Das Urheberrecht bezeichnet zunächst das subjektive und absolute Recht auf den Schutz geistigen Eigentums in ideeller und materieller Hinsicht. Als objektives Recht umfasst es die Summe der Rechtsnormen eines Rechtssystems, die das Verhältnis des Urhebers und seiner Rechtsnachfolger zu seinem Werk regeln; es bestimmt Inhalt, Umfang, Übertragbarkeit und Folgen der Verletzung des subjektiven Rechtes.
