Vice-President of Zambia

The Vice President of Zambia is the second highest position in the executive branch of the Republic of Zambia. The Vice President is appointed by the President. Under the Constitution of Zambia, when a sitting president dies, the Vice President automatically becomes President but must run for election within 90 days.
