William Penn
William Penn (* 14. Oktober 1644 in London; † 30. Juli 1718 in Ruscombe, Berkshire) gründete die Kolonie Pennsylvania im Gebiet der heutigen USA. 1693 verfasste er den Essay towards the Present and Future Peace of Europe.
