Yugoslavia

Yugoslavia (Serbo-Croatian, Macedonian, Slovene: Jugoslavija, Југославија) was a country in Southeast Europe during most of the 20th century. It came into existence after World War I in 1918 under the name of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes by the merger of the provisional State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs (itself formed from territories of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire) with the formerly independent Kingdom of Serbia. The Serbian royal House of Karađorđević became the Yugoslav royal dynasty. Yugoslavia gained international recognition on 13 July 1922 at the Conference of Ambassadors in Paris. The country was named after the South Slavic peoples and constituted their first union, following centuries in which the territories had been part of the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary.

(1554) Yugoslavia ist ein Asteroid im Hauptgürtel zwischen Mars und Jupiter. Er wurde am 6. September 1940 von dem serbischen Astronomen Milorad B. Protic entdeckt und von ihm nach dem damaligen Königreich Jugoslawien benannt. Sein Durchmesser ist wie seine genaue Zusammensetzung nicht bekannt, weshalb er auch nicht typisiert wurde. Die Exzentrizität seiner Bahn beträgt 0,200.

Jugoslawien (serbokroatisch Југославија/Jugoslavija, , wörtlich übersetzt Südslawien) ist die Kurzform der Namen verschiedener Staaten in Mittel- und Südosteuropa, die zwischen 1918 und 2003 in unterschiedlicher territorialer und politischer Form existierten.

Yugoslavia (en croata, serbio y esloveno: Jugoslavija; en macedonio y serbio cirílico: Југославија) es un término que describe genéricamente a varias entidades políticas que existieron sucesivamente en la parte occidental de la península balcánica en Europa, durante la mayor parte del siglo XX.

Joegoslavië was tussen 1918 en 2003 de naam van meerdere opeenvolgende staten in Zuidoost-Europa op de Balkan. De hoofdstad was telkens Belgrado. Vanaf 2003 heette het land Servië en Montenegro, in 2006 viel het uiteen in Servië en Montenegro.

La Yougoslavie (Jugoslavija dans les langues slaves, en cyrillique Југославија, signifiant pays des Slaves du Sud en serbo-croate) est un ancien État d'Europe du Sud-Est, qui a existé sous différentes formes entre 1918 et 2003. Il regroupait les actuels pays de Slovénie, Croatie, Bosnie-Herzégovine, Monténégro, Serbie, Macédoine, ainsi que le Kosovo, région autonome de la Serbie dont l'indépendance auto-proclamée le n'est reconnue que partiellement par la communauté internationale.
