Aegean Airlines S.A. (, Aeroporía Aigíou Anónime Etairía ; ) is the largest Greek airline by total number of passengers carried, by number of destinations served and by fleet size. A Star Alliance member since June 2010, it operates scheduled and charter services from Athens and Thessaloniki to other major Greek destinations as well as to a number of European destinations. Its main hubs are  Athens International Airport in Athens, Thessaloniki International Airport in Thessaloniki and Larnaca International Airport in Cyprus. It also uses other Greek airports as bases, some of which are seasonal. It has its head office in Kifisia, a suburb of Athens. Although the airline is the largest airline in Greece, it is not a flag carrier.

Aegean Airlines ist die größte griechische Fluggesellschaft mit Sitz in Kifisia und Basis auf dem Athener Flughafen Eleftherios Venizelos. Sie ist seit 2010 Mitglied der Luftfahrtallianz Star Alliance und seit 2007 im Athex Composite Share Price Index an der Athener Börse gelistet.

Het Aegean is een geologisch tijdvak dat wordt gebruikt in verschillende gebieden. Het is een deel van het Trias. Het duurt van 245 tot 243 miljoen jaar geleden. Het begin wordt gedefinieerd door het eerste voorkomen van de ammonieten Japonites, Paradanubites en Paracrochordiceras en van de conodont Chiosella timorensis. Het Aegean wordt voorafgegaan door het Spathian en gevolgd door het Bithynian.
