Buzz! is a series of video games originated by Sleepydog Ltd., developed by Relentless Software and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable consoles. They are quiz games that see the players answering trivia questions while competing in the fictional game show, Buzz!. Created specifically with multi-player party gaming in mind, the series launched in October 2005 and to date comprises 18 games; including 13 in the Buzz! series and five Buzz! Junior titles. The series made the transition to the PlayStation 3 with Buzz!: Quiz TV in 2008. The sixteenth game in the series Buzz!: Brain of the UK was released in March 2009. The latest Buzz! game is Buzz!: The Ultimate Music Quiz which was released in October 2010.

Buzz! es una saga de videojuegos originaria de Sleepydog Ltd, desarrollada por Relentless Software y publicada por Sony Computer Entertainment Europe para las consolas PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 y PlayStation Portable. Consiste en una serie de preguntas que el jugador va respondiendo mientras compite en un concurso ficticio: Buzz!.

BuZz was een Nederlands radioprogramma van de NCRV dat op zondagen werd uitgezonden op 3FM tussen 18.00 en 20.00 uur. De presentatie was van 2001 tot 16 april 2006 in handen van Marc de Hond. Hij werd in de uitzending geassisteerd door 'sidekick' Edo Berger. Ze hadden elke uitzending gasten. Het was een programma dat zich qua muziek en onderwerpen op jongeren richtte, en jongeren van de middelbareschoolleeftijd in het bijzonder. Vanaf 23 april 2006 werd Buzz gepresenteerd door ex-MTV-presentatrice Barbara Karel. Op 14 mei 2006 ging het over in een nieuw radioprogramma: Bring It On!

À l'origine, buzz est un mot anglais signifiant « bourdonnement » ou « brouhaha ». Au fil des générations, ce terme a pris différentes significations selon qu'il s'agit d'une mouche, au plus ancien, ou d'un phénomène de civilisation, au plus récent. « Bzzz » étant une onomatopée signifiant le vol d'un insecte, potentiellement nuisible, au battement d'aile évoquant le son « bzzz ».
