communication

Communication (from Latin communicare, meaning "to share") is the purposeful activity of information exchange between two or more participants in order to convey or receive the intended meanings through a shared system of signs and semiotic rules. The basic steps of communication are the forming of communicative intent, message composition, message encoding, transmission of signal, reception of signal, message decoding and finally interpretation of the message by the recipient.

"Communication" is Hitomi Takahashi's 4th single under the Sony Records (gr8! records) label. The single was released in only one format on July 12, 2006, nearly eight months after her last single Aozora no NAMIDA.

Communication!!! is the second studio album by American-born Japanese pop singer Leah Dizon. It was released on August 20, 2008 by Victor Entertainment. Dizon herself also wrote or co-wrote 10 of the tracks, along with composing 2 herself. It was released in a CD-only and CD + DVD format and it includes the title tracks from her two latest singles, Love Paradox and Vanilla, as well as two b-sides.

Kommunikation (lat. , ‚Mitteilung‘) ist der Austausch oder die Übertragung von Informationen. „Information“ ist in diesem Zusammenhang eine zusammenfassende Bezeichnung für Wissen, Erkenntnis oder Erfahrung. Dies ist eine bestimmte Sichtweise und metaphorische Beschreibung für den Alltag – bei genaueren Beschreibungen des Phänomens Kommunikation wird die Anwendung dieser Metapher allerdings zunehmend schwieriger.

Communicatie is een activiteit waarbij levende wezens betekenissen uitwisselen door op elkaars signalen te reageren. Het Latijnse woord communicare slaat terug op "iets gemeenschappelijk maken". Communicatie is behalve een sociale activiteit, ook het resultaat van het contact: de optelsom van wederzijdse betekenisgevingen, ook wel communicatie-effect genoemd.
