Defacement or Disfigured may refer to:

- Deface (film) (2007), a short film about a North Korean man pushed to the edge by his daughter's senseless death

Defacing
Defacing (termine inglese che, come il suo sinonimo defacement, ha il significato letterale di "sfregiare, deturpare, sfigurare", in italiano reso raramente con defacciare) nell'ambito della sicurezza informatica ha solitamente il significato di cambiare illecitamente la home page di un sito web (la sua "faccia") o modificarne, sostituendole, una o più pagine interne. Pratica che, condotta da parte di persone non autorizzate e all'insaputa di chi gestisce il sito, è illegale in tutti i paesi del mondo.

Defacement
Defacement ou deface, como é conhecido popularmente, é um termo de origem inglesa para o ato de modificar ou danificar a superfície ou aparência de algum objeto. Na segurança da informação, é usado para categorizar os ataques realizados por defacers e script kiddies para modificar a página de um sítio na Internet.
Geralmente os ataques tem cunho político, objetivando disseminar uma mensagem do autor do ataque para os frequentadores do site alvo. Esses ataques podem também ter cunho pessoal, transformando-se em uma espécie de troféu para o autor — um prêmio pela sua capacidade de penetrar na segurança de um determinado sistema.
O ato pode ser analogamente comparado à pichação de muros e paredes. O autor do defacement geralmente é referenciado como defacer ou também pichador.

Deface
Deface ( — уродовать, искажать) — тип хакерской атаки, при которой страница веб-сайта заменяется на другую (обычно это главная страница, а доступ ко всему остальному сайту блокируется или же прежнее содержимое сайта вовсе удаляется) — это может быть реклама, предупреждение, угроза, и т. д.
Некоторые хакеры (здесь под хакерами понимаются взломщики), для получения признания в хакерских кругах, повышения своей известности или для того, чтобы указать администратору сайта на уязвимость, делают deface сайта.
