Interpretación
La interpretación es el hecho de que un contenido material, ya dado e independiente del intérprete, sea “comprendido” o “traducido” a una nueva forma de expresión. Dicho concepto está muy relacionado con la hermenéutica. Cognitivamente la operación de interpretación es el opuesto a la operación de representación. Representar consiste en retratar una realidad material mediante símbolos de diferente naturaleza, mientras que interpretar consiste en reconstruir la realidad material a la que se refiere una representación de la realidad.
