KRAJ (100.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Rhythmic Contemporary Hit Radio format. Licensed to Johannesburg, California, USA, it serves the Antelope Valley area. The station is owned by Adelman Broadcasting.

A kraj (plural: kraje) is the highest-level administrative unit in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. For lack of other English expressions, the Slavic term is often translated as "province", "region", or "territory", although it actually approximately means "(part of) country", or "(part of) countryside". A kraj is subdivided into okresy ("counties").

The Skadar Frontier (Montenegrin and , ), also known simply as Krajina (Крајина, pronounced ) is a geographical region in southeastern Montenegro stretching from the southern coast of Lake Skadar to the mountain of Rumija, comprising several villages. It is inhabited mainly by Albanians and Montenegrins. The area is divided between municipalities of Bar and Ulcinj.

Das Wort wird unterschiedlich übersetzt („Kreis“, „Bezirk“, „Landschaftsverband“ u. ä.), insbesondere im Englischen (mangels anderer Ausdrücke) auch als „Region“, was aber zu Verwechslungen mit dem allgemeinen Begriff führt.

Kraj (Russisch: край) wordt vaak vertaald als regio, district, territorium, of provincie. Het is een term die wordt gebruikt ter aanduiding van een aantal van de deelgebieden van Rusland, maar ook voor regio's in Tsjechië en in Slowakije. Het woord kraj (dat grens of rand betekent), wordt gebruikt voor territoria die langs de economische en geografische periferie liggen. In het meervoud is het krajs. Kraj är en administrativ term som närmst kan översättas till region eller provins. Begreppet används i Ryssland, Tjeckien och Slovakien.
