Lag (, ) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czersk, within Chojnice County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately north-east of Czersk, north-east of Chojnice, and south-west of the regional capital Gdansk.

In online gaming, lag is a noticeable delay between the action of players and the reaction of the server in a video game. Although lag may be caused by high latency, it may also occur due to insufficient processing power in the client (screen-lag). Screen-Lag can also happen in single player games as well.

Laag (; ; local Tyrolean dialect: Låg) is a frazione of the comune of Neumarkt in South Tyrol in the Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 30 km northeast of the city of Trento and about 25 km south of the city of Bolzano. Laag is situated on the plain (213 m) on the left side of the Adige river.

Lag (engl. Verzögerung) ist eine erhöhte Verzögerungszeit in Computernetzwerken und Telefonanlagen. Diese tritt meist bei Problemen mit einer Server-Client-Verbindung auf, wenn Datenpakete zwischen den Teilnehmern einer solchen Verbindung unerwartet lange Zeit benötigen, um ihr Ziel zu erreichen.

Een lag, latency of in het Nederlands latentie is een vertraging in de dataoverdracht over een datacommunicatienetwerk. Er is in vrijwel elk digitaal netwerk sprake van vertraging, er wordt dan gesproken over latency (latentie) of "ping" (hoewel de laatste uitdrukking eigenlijk niet correct is voor dit verschijnsel), deze vertraging is onder normale omstandigheden vrijwel niet merkbaar.

Lag is een plaats in het Poolse district  Chojnicki, woiwodschap Pommeren. De plaats maakt deel uit van de gemeente Czersk en telt 1200 inwoners.
