NEEMO (englisch NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations) ist ein Forschungsprogramm der National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), in dem Experimente zum Leben auf einer Raumstation in einem Unterwasserlabor (Aquarius) der NOAA durchgeführt werden. Die Aquarius bietet dabei eine ähnliche Umgebung, wie sie die Internationale Raumstation (ISS) zur Verfügung stellt. So entspricht zum Beispiel die Größe des Aquarius-Habitats etwa der Größe des Swesda-Moduls der ISS.
