Psyllium seed husks
Psyllium seed husks, also known as ispaghula, isabgol, or psyllium, are portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago ovata, (genus Plantago), a native of IndiaBangladesh and Pakistan. They are hygroscopic, which allows them to expand and become mucilaginous.
