固縮（こしゅく、）は、中枢神経障害時に起こる持続的な筋緊張が亢進した状態のこと。硬着、硬縮、硬直、強剛、硬剛などとも呼ぶ。

Ригидност је нефлексибилност ставова, понашања, кретања и адаптивног капацитета. Особа манифестује истрајност у идентичном понашању или идејама чак и када су оне социјално неприкладне. Друштвена ригидност постоји када је слаба социјална мобилност, споро и неефикасно доношење закона и њихова примена у управљању друштвом.
