Remotely Operated Video Enhanced Receiver (ROVER) is a system which allows ground forces, such as Forward air controllers (FAC), to see what an aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is seeing in real time by receiving images acquired by the aircraft's sensors on a laptop on the ground. There's little time delay and usage of ROVER greatly improves the FAC on the ground reconnaissance and target identification which are essential to close air support.

Un Rover, también conocido como astromóvil, es un vehículo de exploración espacial diseñado para moverse a través de la superficie de un planeta u otro objeto astronómico. Algunos astromóviles han sido diseñados para transportar tripulantes durante vuelos espaciales tripulados; otros han sido vehículos robóticos parcial o completamente autónomos. Los astromóviles suelen llegar a la superficie del planeta en una nave espacial tipo aterrizador.

Vereniging ROVER, acroniem van Vereniging Reizigers Openbaar Vervoer, is een Nederlandse vereniging die de belangen van reizigers die gebruikmaken van het openbaar vervoer en van collectief vraagafhankelijk vervoer behartigt.
