satchel

A satchel is a bag, often with a strap. The strap is often worn so that it diagonally crosses the body, with the bag hanging on the opposite hip, rather than hanging directly down from the shoulder. They are traditionally used for carrying  books. The back of a satchel extends to form a flap that folds over to cover the top and fastens in the front. Unlike a briefcase, a satchel is soft-sided.

Russ Parrish (né le 24 novembre 1970 à Redwood City, en Californie) est un guitariste américain connu sous le nom de scène Satchel dans le groupe de glam metal Steel Panther (anciennement connu sous le nom Métal Skool).

I Satchel sono un gruppo musicale alternative rock statunitense, formatosi nel 1991 a Seattle. Essi affondano le loro radici nei Brad (fondati dal chitarrista dei Pearl Jam, Stone Gossard), con i quali condividono tre componenti: Shawn Smith, Mike Berg e Regan Hagar.
